Sriracha and Tiger Butter Noodles

This Sriracha and Tiger Butter sauce can be topped over noodles like the recipe or even used as a salad dressing or marinade! Either way you're going to enjoy it! 
Serves 2-4 People
Time: 5 minutes


1/4 cup Original Tiger Butter

1/4 cup water

1 tbsp ponzu sauce

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp Sriracha sauce

1/4 tsp toasted sesame oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp ginger, minced

10 oz cooked noodles

2 scallions, sliced

Black sesame seeds for garnish


1. Add Tiger Butter, water, ponzu, vinegar, maple syrup, Sriracha, sesame oil, minced garlic and ginger into a small mixing bowl. Which until well combined.

2. Toss the sauce with cooked noodles. Garnish with sliced scallions and black sesame seeds.
