Mmm...fudge. I don't think I've ever met someone who doesn't like fudge. Now if you are used to the normal chocolate fudge then beware this is far from normal. This is a must try, easy recipe that will amaze your tastebuds.
Ingredients
1 cup Tiger Butter
1/2 cup desiccated coconut*
4 TB melted coconut oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
*If you are using shredded coconut make sure you pulse it in a food processor for 30 seconds, unless you want coconut shreds stuck in your teeth!!
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Place pan in freezer for 1 hour, then cut in desired shapes.
3. Store in freezer for one month
